The foot also has a left-right tilt and caterpillars that individually grip the fabric for excellent feeding along portions where the left and right sides of the needle are at different heights, which is very useful for hemming thicker fabrics. It includes the following attachments: blind hem, bias tap, and wide rolled hem.
